With over 25 years in the health and wellness industry and more than two decades as a certified Colon Hydrotherapist, Gina Cunningham is passionate about helping others reclaim their health through detoxification, digestive care, and holistic nutrition.

Gina’s journey began with her own struggles—years of processed foods, medications, and feeling “unwell” led her to explore herbal cleanses. A chance encounter with a Colon Hydrotherapist during her time at a local health food store changed the trajectory of her life. Inspired by the profound shift in her own health, Gina became certified in Colon Hydrotherapy in 2005 through St. John’s Academy of Natural Healing and Sciences.

Since then, she’s trained under respected practitioners like Christina Sharp and Argo Duenas and has integrated a wide range of healing modalities into her practice, including Reiki and intuitive wellness guidance. Gina is also a long-time member of the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health and has received extensive training in detoxification protocols for candida, parasites, heavy metals, and more—studying under digestive health leader Brenda Watson. Her role as Regional Business, Training, and Education Manager at Renew Life further distinguishes her as a uniquely qualified expert in digestive care on the East Coast.

Guided by the teachings of wellness leaders such as Andrew Weil, Paul Stamets, Anne Louise Gittleman, and Dr. Michael Murray, Gina brings both deep knowledge and heartfelt care to every session.
